Testimonials

“QTS ran a successful thank you/welcome campaign for new supporters of Friends of the Elderly, which worked really well. The warm and understanding approach of the callers was appreciated by those who were called, and whilst the campaign did not involve a direct ask for donations they were able to add value by capturing new Gift Aid declarations. This is something we’ll be looking to do more of with QTS in the future.”
Friends of the Elderly
“I have been so impressed with the enthusiasm from the callers whilst working on our campaigns. QTS are no doubt leaders when it comes to having good and meaningful conversations with our donors. And we always get great results from every campaign!”
The Royal Voluntary Service
“Derbyshire Wildlife Trust have been working with QTS for a number of years with one off and regular campaigns all being part of our work. From the office staff to the telephone operators we have always been impressed with the friendliness and level of service we have received. As a charity we value every penny we spend and QTS help us to raise both funds and awareness which all goes towards looking after wildlife in Derbyshire.”
Derbyshire Wildlife Trust
“I’ve been using QTS now for four years and we consistently receive great results for our annual giving campaign. Ben and his team are flexible and responsive, offering help with the campaign, ensuring we get the best from each segment of supporters when called. The calling team are friendly and helpful with our supporters and often go above and beyond what I’d expect from a telephone agency. I’d recommend them to any charity wanting to engage with their supporters.”
Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew
“We’re currently half way through a major campaign with QTS. Results to date are very encouraging and we have recruited over 120 Friends and Patrons with an average annual value of around £75 including gift aid.”
The Tobacco Factory Theatre
“It’s clear to us that CPRE is being really well represented and I’m sure our members – as are we – have been impressed by the warm, informative and courteous manner of the conversations that have taken place.”
Campaign to Protect Rural England
“QTS have a ‘family’ feel about them and have been a dream to work with. Their results are good and consistent, they are always on hand to answer any questions and are very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to any charity.”
National Autistic Society
“Cumbria Wildlife Trust has used QTS for a variety of membership recruitment and fundraising campaigns since 2007. QTS has always given us good advice on which campaigns are working and are not afraid to say if something isn’t. The administration staff are incredibly helpful and very efficient and our members often tell us that the callers are friendly and polite. Working with QTS has definitely boosted our long term income and has helped enormously with our retention rates. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
Cumbria Wildlife Trust
“QTS have consistently delivered high quality, flexible telemarketing services, on time and to budget.”
SeeAbility
“In the short time I have been working with QTS I have found all staff to be very attentive and happy to customise their administration to meet our particular needs. They are also very proactive, accessible and willing to make necessary changes at very short notice. Our new members have been receiving calls from QTS allowing us to glean very useful information that we can follow up on. Over the many years QTS have worked with our membership we have been able to retain a steady attrition rate thanks to our reactivation campaigns that QTS have fulfilled on our behalf.”

The success of the extra number campaign

This month’s case study is all about lotteries, prompted by the recent growth of more and more clients focusing on extra number campaigns. It’s no surprise really – of course everyone loves a lottery! For the supporter, a feel-good, low cost contribution is often preferable to the commitment of a larger monthly gift. And...

Making working from home work better for you

2020 was the year of WFH (among other things!). Very quickly, businesses had to adapt to their staff working remotely or risk being left behind – and interestingly, many of the big names decided that rather than this being a short term measure, working from home was actually a huge long-term opportunity. The recognition...
