Testimonials

“We have worked with QTS on a range of telephone fundraising and supporter service calls over many years. We like their friendly, flexible service and the added insight and expertise they bring to our campaign planning. They have played a key role in helping us to improve our supporter experience, increase the return on our investment in membership and convert contacts to supporters.”
Marine Conservation Society
“It’s clear to us that CPRE is being really well represented and I’m sure our members – as are we – have been impressed by the warm, informative and courteous manner of the conversations that have taken place.”
Campaign to Protect Rural England
“Our recent upgrade campaign surpassed all expectations. We reduced our overall cost per action on the campaign, whilst increasing the average upgrade gift AND converting 47% of the supporters we spoke to, which was nearly double what we saw on the last campaign.”
Wood Green
“I like the fact that they get results without being pushy – it allows the donor to genuinely decide for themselves.”
Prospect Hospice
“During a time of increased scrutiny from within Sector and with all the media attention telemarketing has been receiving, I have always felt complete confidence in QTS. From the briefing process, to meeting and training the callers, to the campaign itself I received nothing but the very best service. QTS’s unique set-up with home-based callers really makes them stand out in a crowded market. I will definitely be using them again.”
RHS
“We ran a one month campaign just recently with QTS, and we considered it a really important way of connecting with existing supporters at the end of what has been a rather strange and difficult year. The outcomes were way beyond our expectations – over 500 supporters wanted to upgrade by at least one extra number. And while the value of that campaign is huge in the first year alone – it has the potential to generate over £130k in lifetime revenue, which is just incredible.”
Sue Ryder
“QTS are very experienced in what they do and are a pleasure to work with. They offer a friendly but thorough service and are always open to new ideas and how best to accommodate them. I would definitely recommend their services to other charities.”
Dorset Wildlife Trust
“I have been using the services of QTS for around three years, and am very happy with their professionalism. Due to their many years’ experience, they provide advice regarding the best way of tackling campaigns. For Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, they provide welcome calls, and have conducted two upgrade campaigns. I would not hesitate to recommend QTS to other charities’ – Christine Setchell, Membership Development Manager.”

“I’m always pleased with the service from QTS. They have excellent callers who really get to know our campaigns. We get great results, which is why we continue to use them.”
Send a Cow
“QTS ran a successful thank you/welcome campaign for new supporters of Friends of the Elderly, which worked really well. The warm and understanding approach of the callers was appreciated by those who were called, and whilst the campaign did not involve a direct ask for donations they were able to add value by capturing new Gift Aid declarations. This is something we’ll be looking to do more of with QTS in the future.”
