Testimonials

“Cumbria Wildlife Trust has used QTS for a variety of membership recruitment and fundraising campaigns since 2007. QTS has always given us good advice on which campaigns are working and are not afraid to say if something isn’t. The administration staff are incredibly helpful and very efficient and our members often tell us that the callers are friendly and polite. Working with QTS has definitely boosted our long term income and has helped enormously with our retention rates. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Upgrade calls have been a fixture of the IG programme at Sue Ryder for many years (and in most DM programmes I have worked on). If carried out correctly, they allow you to deepen engagement with your regular giving supporters while raising more income from your programme. We weren’t sure what the response would be like in the current climate, but we have seen record results and fantastic feedback from our supporters.”

“I’m always pleased with the service from QTS. They have excellent callers who really get to know our campaigns. We get great results, which is why we continue to use them.”

“The campaign reinforced our belief that thank you calls are worth it! These campaigns are our chance to show supporters how much we appreciate them and to get to know them better. The best thing about the campaign was seeing how delighted some of our supporters were to receive the call and what it meant to them. We listened to call recordings where supporters happily chatted away with QTS staff. And it’s fair to say we couldn’t have done better ourselves.”

“I’ve been using QTS now for four years and we consistently receive great results for our annual giving campaign. Ben and his team are flexible and responsive, offering help with the campaign, ensuring we get the best from each segment of supporters when called. The calling team are friendly and helpful with our supporters and often go above and beyond what I’d expect from a telephone agency. I’d recommend them to any charity wanting to engage with their supporters.”

“Our lifetime value/thank you calls are a great way to update our regular givers with how their donations are making a difference. QTS callers have made these campaigns a great success over the years. The calls not only help with reducing attrition rates, but also have the added bonus of some donors offering to upgrade their gift. We believe this is achieved because QTS callers know Erskine so well and make it a really personal call with our supporters. Nearly 10% of our supporters upgraded in our latest campaign – without QTS callers even asking!”

“QTS ran a successful thank you/welcome campaign for new supporters of Friends of the Elderly, which worked really well. The warm and understanding approach of the callers was appreciated by those who were called, and whilst the campaign did not involve a direct ask for donations they were able to add value by capturing new Gift Aid declarations. This is something we’ll be looking to do more of with QTS in the future.”

“It’s clear to us that CPRE is being really well represented and I’m sure our members – as are we – have been impressed by the warm, informative and courteous manner of the conversations that have taken place.”
Campaign to Protect Rural England
“I like the fact that they get results without being pushy – it allows the donor to genuinely decide for themselves.”

“In the short time I have been working with QTS I have found all staff to be very attentive and happy to customise their administration to meet our particular needs. They are also very proactive, accessible and willing to make necessary changes at very short notice. Our new members have been receiving calls from QTS allowing us to glean very useful information that we can follow up on. Over the many years QTS have worked with our membership we have been able to retain a steady attrition rate thanks to our reactivation campaigns that QTS have fulfilled on our behalf.”
