QTS ran a successful thank you/welcome campaign for new supporters of Friends of the Elderly, which worked really well. The warm and understanding approach of the callers was appreciated by those who were called, and whilst the campaign did not involve a direct ask for donations they were able to add value by capturing new Gift Aid declarations. This is something we’ll be looking to do more of with QTS in the future
