Cumbria Wildlife Trust has used QTS for a variety of membership recruitment and fundraising campaigns since 2007. QTS has always given us good advice on which campaigns are working and are not afraid to say if something isn’t. The administration staff are incredibly helpful and very efficient and our members often tell us that the callers are friendly and polite. Working with QTS has definitely boosted our long term income and has helped enormously with our retention rates. I can’t recommend them highly enough
